It was a moment I had been anticipating for weeks ? taking my daughter to see the new musical based on the life of Michael Jackson. We had both been huge fans and were extremely excited to finally catch this show on Broadway.
For me, it was a chance to introduce her to one of my favorite musical icons, while also showing her how powerful music can be as an art form. For her, it was about a chance to relive the magic of his music in a new way and to experience the thrill of seeing him on stage once more (in a way - the performer Myles Frost was incredible). I had seen Michael perform many times before, but this was her first time. And she loved every minute. Then you have Broadway and Times Square. The experience was priceless and it certainly is something I will never forget.

Not everyone has the opportunity to see a Broadway Play and my daughter is an aspiring actress in her own right because she enjoys singing and acting. Going to the theater is always an experience I enjoy, but watching the Michael Jackson musical on Broadway with my daughter was a show that neither of us will ever forget.
While I'm no stranger to the King of Pop's music and life story, seeing it come alive on stage in front of my eyes was something special. From the colorful and vibrant costumes to the electrifying choreography and incredible singing talent, I felt like I was transported back in time.
